  They scheduled a pellet delivery that they missed, and when my wife went to show them the receipt with the date the delivery was supposed to be, they would not even look at it and told her to leave the store and not come back. And they MADE her wait outside the store to get our refund! Truly amazing. At least we got the refund.

  From the friendly, professional store staff to the installation and follow up, we are so glad to have chosen Bay Stoves to buy our stove from. The sales girl was thoroughly knowledgeable about their products and didn't get flustered at all when we asked the same questions over and over. She even encouraged us to do some comparison shopping, but when it came down to making a decision, we chose Bay Stoves as the prices were very fair, but it was obvious that they really were more knowledgeable than others. Eric and the gentleman with him came to install our stove, but my husband forgot about the appointment and wasn't home. I was though and they were very polite, professional and efficient as well. They even apologized for tracking a little dirt across the floor and cleaned it up. It had been raining so our dirt driveway was more like a giant stream, making it impossible to not drag a little of it in with you. They made sure everything worked properly before leaving and Eric spoke with my husband on the phone. Eric offered to come back out when he was finished with his other work for the day, just to go back over everything with my husband and I again. He called at 6:45 to say he would be there by 7:30. He was just as polite and professional as he was earlier that day, not rushing through any aspect of the operation or maintenance of our new stove. I highly recommend Bay Stoves to everyone who is looking for a stove, maintenance work, replacement parts, etc. I could not imagine ever using another store after having such a great experience. Thank you so much everyone at Bay Stoves for making this such an enjoyable experience for us!

  Excellent products and service. We recently installed propane gas logs in our fireplace. Robin, the sales person was excellent. Without pressure, she offered us every option available. Installation was scheduled in two weeks. Eric and Steve the installers were professional, considerate and competent. Though they were late due to problems at a previous job, Eric called and apologized saying they would be there and complete the job today. Prices for the gas burner and gas logs were competive with Amazon though Bay Stovrs had many extras that we would not have known without Robin’s help. We chose lava rocks, additional acorns and a fireplace cracklier. There was addition shipping and handing costs, installation and a chimney clean that added to the overall fair price. Even though late in the day, Eric and Steve took their time, explained everything to us and did the job right. For quality work with the installation of a excellent product, Bay Stoves is a company we would highly recommend. Mike and Laurel
